Our company is looking for Junior and Mid-weight Spatial Designers to join our Interior–Architecture team. These roles are ideal for designers eager to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of spatial projects, including F&B, retail, exhibitions, and installations.
As a Junior Designer, you’ll work closely with senior team members from concept through execution — a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience to sharpen their skills in real-world settings.
As a Mid-weight Designer with 2–4 years of experience, you’ll take on greater creative and technical ownership — from leading design concepts to managing timelines and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver well-crafted, story-driven spaces.
Junior Spatial Designer

Responsibilities 💻
Assist project teams in developing design concepts, spatial strategies, and presentations
Support with 3D modeling, mood boards, material research, and technical drawings
Participate in internal reviews, client meetings, and coordination with other departments
Help prepare construction documentation and follow up on project timelines
Stay curious and contribute to the team’s collaborative, open design culture
Requirements 🌳
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD — rendering skills (Enscape, 3Ds Max + Corona) are a plus
Strong research and conceptual thinking
Initiative, critical thinking, and openness in communication (Vietnamese & English)
A portfolio that demonstrates academic or personal projects
Willingness to learn and grow fast in a fast-paced studio environment

Responsibilities 💻
Lead the design process from early concept to construction oversight
Translate briefs into design narratives, spatial zoning, and presentation decks
Develop 3D models, mood boards, materials, and technical documentation
Manage at least two projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity and progress
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams (branding, media, R&D)
Mentor interns and junior designers when applicable
Requirements 🌳
2–4 years of experience in interior or architectural design studios
