We’re looking for a Senior Designer with 3–5 years of experience and a strong foundation in branding. You’ll take the lead on projects, shape ideas into powerful visual systems, and bring them to life with clarity and impact.

From design strategy to brand concept and execution, you’ll communicate your ideas clearly, guide younger designers, and contribute to open feedback sessions that make the work stronger.

Responsibilities 💻

Lead branding and design projects from concept, design strategy to final execution
Translate ideas into strong visual systems across branding, content, and campaigns
Present work clearly to both internal teams and clients
Collaborate with creative leads and work with other designers
Takes ownership and works with autonomy
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese

Requirements 🌳

3–5 years of professional experience in design
Strong portfolio with a focus on branding projects
Experience creating brand identities and systems
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Strong time management, project management, and presentation skills
Adaptability and openness to new tools, including AI developments
Based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam
