'Mâm', the food tray, is at the heart of every Vietnamese family meal.
Mâm Mâm Eatery & Lounge is a love letter to Vietnam — its vibrant streets, food, and people.
The rhyming name, scripted logo, vibrant colors and shapes evoke the liveliness a street-side feast, while staying modern to match the vision of elevating Vietnamese cuisine to the global stage.
The rounded shape of the 'mâm' is the central element in our design, extending across touchpoints — from the dynamic graphic system to the ceiling installation, table design, and wall patterns. This is our way to honor tradition and make a bold statement of cultural heritage, the rest is up to the food.

Located in Nexus Square — where a high-rise office tower meets street-side eateries,
Mâm Mâm's space is an articulation of Saigon's dynamism.
The space layout blends diagonal lines and curves, breaking the rigid box of an office building.
We came up with a space that transitions through the city’s rhythms, from power lunches to late-night gatherings, with adaptable layouts and seating arrangements.
Overlooking the space is a 6-meter copper 'mâm', a bold statement of cultural heritage that sets the stage for creative reinterpretations of classic Vietnamese dishes.
