The Racha Room has long been a Saigon institution, with its original location on Mac Thi Buoi Street remaining a beloved fixture of the city’s dining scene. For this new location, The Lab introduces a distinct character while remaining true to Racha Room’s spirit.

Inspired by Thai royal architecture and the Southeast Asian craft tradition of rattan, the interior is anchored by a cascading installation that draws attention toward the bar. Custom joinery, wine shelving with a moving ladder, lotus bud-inspired light fixtures, and details referencing Thai motifs enrich the space with cultural nuance. Bespoke illustrations and a monumental elephant mural, an enduring symbol of The Racha Room bring warmth, scale, and personality, creating an environment that feels both refined and unmistakably its own.
